As of June 1st 2021, Japan Post EMS Express service has resumed for packages sent to The United States and China. Please be aware that at this time, Japan Post is advising the possibility of delays due an influx of packages and shortage of flights for delivery.

ABOUT DUTY/CUSTOMS:

There is a possibility of being charged import duty when packages reach customs in the destination country. All charges are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of unpaid charges leading to a product return, the cost of shipping as well as any fees that incur as a result of the return will be subtracted from the amount refunded.
